Purchase Online Seminar „International Banks in Germany 2024 – Developments of MaRisk and other Supervisory Topics“

This year’s edition of “International Banks in Germany” focused on MaRisk, CRD 6/ CRR 3 and other current regulatory developments.

Of course, the recent amendments to the Minimum Requirements for Risk Management (MaRisk) were high on the agenda. We discussed the new framework for the management of interest rate risk and credit spread risk in the banking book. Then we looked at how these and other developments affect the requirements and best practices for the institutions’ risk inventory.

Moreover, we took a look at the current annual audit season 2024 and analysed the insights, key issues and findings from an auditor’s perspective. Against this background, we assessed the developments regarding CRR 3 and the implementation of CRD 6, and the effects of new regulation on how to deal with the sale and purchase of non-performing loans and credit portfolios in general.

The recordings of the seminar are designed for management, executive staff and experts in the fields of risk management, controlling and auditing, as well as all those interested in banking supervision topics.
